The order came with a white line on the edge and there are marks on the sheet.

Based on the image you shared, the artwork appears to have been extended fully to the edges, so it should have printed correctly without any visible lines. It would have been great except for a dropped print line - it's slight but I noticed it and tbh shouldn't happen for a professional print company. I contacted customer service and they sorted it straight away so 2 stars for the quality of product but 5 stars for after care. Now just throw in a decent QA process going forward and I'd give 5*!
