Came without fastenings

United KingdomItem came printed correctly, without any of the fastenings. I spoke to the team who informed me they couldn't send out new fastenings, they would have to reprint and send the entire thing again. Now I have 2 giant aluminium boards I dont need.

Printing Error

Our item arrived with banding in the printing, which was replace immediately with a new one. Unfortunately the replacement had the same printing issue. The item itself seemed good, just a shame about the printing! I was refunded straight away, so 5 star customer service but 2 star on the product!
