Firstly the item said arrival in 2-3 weeks, then arrive ahead of schedule. This you would think should not ordinarily be an issue but of course I was not in when the post office tried to deliver so played communication tag for a few days which became irritating.
Secondly the item arrived with missing Velcro on two of the four poles. And the Velcro which was on was stuck in the wrong place. So a) I had to shop around to find and buy my own solution then attach and b) I had to unstick the other poles and try and adjust.
Someone said you want a low cost solution go to Vistaprint, I did not expect a cheap version too despite the budget friendly costs.
I am not at all satisfied and will have to really think hard about doing anything with vistaprint again in the future.
