It does the job but the bottom of the poster still gets cut off inside the roller - I think they need to adjust the bleed edges so everything is clearly visible.

After reviewing your order, we noted that the bottom part of the submitted design extended beyond the safe area, which explains why a portion of the artwork was cut off once placed inside the tabletop roller banner cassette. To help avoid similar issues in future orders, we strongly recommend carefully reviewing the on-screen preview and downloading the PDF proof on the editing page before finalizing your order. These tools clearly indicate the safe zones and bleed areas, ensuring that all important design elements remain fully visible in the finished product and that expectations are set accurately.
