Poor quality

I had high hopes for this sign. The finish is awful on the one I was sent. The cutting is not straight or well finished, and the side with the printing is marked and scratched already. Oddly it was sent with a proactive film on the back of the sign but nothing to protect the front. . . ? Not sure if this was an error but at least the back was scratch free. . . ! Not great at all.

Unfortunately my design has arrived with one side of it chopped off despite checking the proofs before purchasing.
As if some packs this up and thinks “yes, that’s of course how they want it! With the design half chopped off!”
