This collapses and assemblies fairly easily. The bits that you actually use to place the sign on are a little fiddly and took us a while to work out how to put a landscape sign on - but once done it looked nice. It's not pretty but it's practical. We put some decorations at the top of it as it was for a wedding. It would be perfectly fine for conferences etc.
