Well at the moment . . . we're still waiting for the items. There has been a long delay with the product . . . and sadly, it has been us doing all the chasing to find out where our pens are. We contacted Vistaprint a number of times via Live Chat - the representatives were great, no problem there . . . the problem lies with the lack of communication in not telling us from the beginning that we wouldn't receive our items on the day specified. We have been offered a small part reimbursement which is appreciated, but as we said at the time . . . we would just like our pens! At the time of writing this review - the pens have been dispatched . . . but as yet . . . have not arrived! Let's just hope when they do, they're ok. Overall have not been impressed this time round with Vistaprint, shame . . . used to be good, sadly standard has slipped.
