Alignment of quite a few pens ordered was slightly off (wonky). Some pens don't work (I'd say around 10%) which isn't good when handing out to clients/prospects. And 2 of them so far have catastrophicly leaked ink from the mid section of the pen leading to inked pockets.
If all the pens were consistently good (which some are) then the review would have been very different and scored much higher.
Shame.
