Chester pen- wrong colour!

Hi, I ordered 100 Chester pens in white with a logo/text print. When they arrived they had black ends, nothing like the image. I contacted the customer service desk on the day of arrival to report this and have heard nothing.

I bought these for midwives who are helping with a clinical trial. The pens look exactly as I wanted them too, the colours are great and design seamless. I've had great feedback about how good the pens are for writing too.
