The placement issues and the logo appearing smaller or unclear are certainly not the impression we aim to provide. To help us investigate this further and offer an appropriate resolution, please reply to this email with clear photos of the pens you received, including the engraving area and any examples where the top of the logo appears cut off. Once we have these details, we’ll be able to review the issue with our production team and determine the best next steps to make things right.
