I bought three of these. One for me and two for friends. Ours broke with 3 or 4 times of opening. I have sent pictures back to visita but heard nothing
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We are sincerely sorry to hear that the umbrellas broke after just a few uses. This certainly falls short of the quality we aim to provide at VistaPrint. Furthermore, we apologize for the lack of response after you sent us the pictures. We checked your contact history and were unable to locate any recent correspondence with us. This is the reason why you did not receive a response, as the request was not sent successfully. To make this right, we have taken action on your account, and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. We trust this was helpful to you.
