Keyring doesn't look as black as in the picture and the engraved faceplate fell off within days of first use which I had to glue back on myself.

We have ordered these twice now (once as a replacement) the name tags keep falling off the keyring due to not being attached properly when assembled. Some we have been fortunate enough to find and re-glue our selves, most have ended up in the bin. The overall product is good quality - however the finishing is poor

I was surprised to find a customisable engraved keyring and thought I would test out the process and quality for a possible future design. The keyring itself came out beautifully. It is very clearly engraved and better than I expected. The process was a little unclear for me, and it took several attempts to get the preview exactly right because it put a dimness over the whole design that I didn't understand (maybe due to the transparent background of my uploaded image), but I got there in the end, and it is lovely. I will definitely buy this again in the future once I have tested that it engraves logos just as well.
