Professional presentation
Menu booklets help restaurants, cafés and bars present their food and drink options in a format that's easy to navigate. They're compact enough to handle comfortably and durable enough for daily use. With up to 24 internal pages, you'll have room for detailed descriptions, photos and any specials or promotions you want to highlight.
Quality you can see & feel
Each stapled booklet menu includes 4 cover pages (front, inside front, back and inside back) and comes with saddle-stitched binding using metal staples. You can pick between matte or glossy paper stock and choose your cover thickness based on how much your menus will be handled. The laminated cover option adds protection against spills and frequent use.

Frequently asked questions
Yes, for a successful print, we recommend following these design tips and upload specifications.
Format: Your file needs to be in PDF format without password protection.
Layout: Your file should include single pages, each arranged in the correct reading order. Make sure your file includes all of your pages including four cover pages.
Blank Pages: If you want blank inside cover pages, make sure you include blank pages within your PDF file.
Colours: Stapled booklet menus are printed in CMYK. Images provided in RGB or PANTONE colours will be converted.
Resolution: 300 dpi (dots per inch) is the required resolution for your menus. Lower resolutions may affect the printing quality.
Bleeds: For an accurate print, include a 3 mm bleed on every side of every page. If you encounter file upload issues, double-check your bleed – it may exceed the accepted ±0.25 threshold.
Margins: Keep all text at least 1 cm from the margins. Anything closer may be too close to the edge (or the binding) to be easily read.
Staple binding is a style that uses 2 metal staples to turn individual pieces of paper into a cohesive booklet. Since the staples are placed down the centre of the paper, each piece of paper becomes 4 booklet pages.
Stapled booklet menus are a popular choice for restaurants, cafés, bars and catering businesses that want to organise their food and beverage offerings in a booklet format. They're particularly helpful if you have an extensive menu, seasonal items or want to include detailed descriptions and images of your dishes.
Your menu booklets can include 8-28 pages – this includes 4 cover pages (front cover, inside front cover, back cover and inside back cover). An 8-page booklet has 4 cover pages and 4 inside pages. You can increase your page count in increments of 4: 12 pages, 16 pages, 20 pages and so on.
We offer 2 portrait sizes. A4 (210 x 297 mm) works for full-service restaurants with longer menus and provides room for detailed descriptions. A5 (148 x 210 mm) is more compact and easier to handle – good for cafés, bars or places with shorter menus.
No, you’re not required to — you’ll just need to include blank pages in your print-ready PDF. But if you’d like to utilise all the space and add content to all 4 cover pages, you’re welcome to do that too.
You can use the same thickness as your inside pages (self-cover) or choose a thicker, premium 250 gsm or premium plus 300 gsm laminated cover. The laminated option protects your menu from spills and regular handling.
Sample booklets are not available, but you can order a single menu booklet to see how it looks and feels before ordering more for your restaurant or café.
