The product is good however the imagine is way to small, it did not appear that way in design.

Allow us to assist you. Looking at the Design Edit page of this product, the artwork may seem big from the screen. However, when you check the preview, with the actual product, you may notice that it became a bit smaller from the edit page. As a gentle reminder since our printing system is automated and has no human intervention, the submitted file was printed as it is. Furthermore, we recommend always checking the preview before proceeding to ensure correctness prior to ordering your products. Very outstanding customer support

I ordered 12 cups and they arrived in no time. Unfortunately 2 of those cups had some scratches and 5 of the lids were not well crafted. I contacted customer support and they immediately replaced the whole order for free. The product is very nice, as in the pictures, the only thing I did not realised before I placed my order, is that it is not dishwasher safe, although it is microwave safe. Nonetheless I am very happy with the purchase.
