Canvas had white lines top and bottom which I did not expect. Thought they would have increased the size to wholly fit the dimensions of the canvas.

Thank you for sharing your review of the canvas prints. We regret to hear that there were unexpected white lines on the canvas. Please note that the background of your photo or design should extend to the edge of the full-bleed line to prevent white lines. Our record shows that the image did not extend to the top and bottom of the canvas. In addition, please keep any area that you do not wish to get cut off or folded over within the safe margin lines. For best results, you will be required to adjust the size of your image to fit the template or choose a rectangular size instead of a square. Furthermore, we recommend requesting a "PDF proof" of your design before completing the order. This is available in the editing studio, as "Preview", and when viewed at 100%, it will show you what the document will look like when printed. We have taken action on your account, and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. We recommend placing a new order. We hope this helps.
