Made from ~1.6 mm-thick E-flute corrugated cardboard, these custom mailer boxes hold up to 5 kg and arrive flat-packed for easy storage. Choose from 6 sizes in a white/brown or brown/brown substrate. The front-tuck design closes securely without tape, making packing quicker. Single-colour printing is available in 2 areas: a small centred zone on the front panels or a larger deco area across the front panels and flaps.

We offer one substrate – the white/brown option that provides a white exterior for sharp logo contrast with a natural brown interior. The inside of the box is always natural brown kraft.
The front-tuck design often closes firmly without tape. For extra security on long-distance shipments, a strip of clear or paper tape across the front join does the job. Sticker rolls are another option.
