Make your designs pop
Whether your brand's look is bright and colourful or cool and contemporary, white flexible pouches are the perfect backdrop for making your designs stand out. The crisp white exterior contrasts nicely with vibrant designs for products like gourmet snacks, or provides a perfect canvas for products like cosmetics that prefer a fresh, minimalist look. And with a range of sizes available for both flat and stand-up options, you can create the ideal pouches for your full product range.A range of materials and accessories
Our flexible pouches are made with widely recyclable materials that ensure your products stay fresh. Our durable paper offers extra moisture protection — great for food products — while our plastic material lets you add a glossy, matte or soft-touch finish. Our flexible pouches always include a tear notch for easy opening, and you can also choose to add some additional features: optional resealable zips are great for products that will see multiple uses, while hang holes make the pouches easy to display in-store.Get started, or get samples

What Makes it Better
Recyclable: Recyclable products are those which can be broken down so that their materials can be processed for reuse. This helps cut back on the use of virgin materials, generating less carbon emissions and waste. In order for a product to be considered recyclable in any given area, a certain percentage of the population must be able to dispose of it through kerbside collection. Differences in infrastructure means recyclability varies by municipality and region.
Frequently asked questions
Yes, our white custom pouches are leak-proof and suitable for direct food contact. If you are packaging fatty or oily food products, we strongly recommend you select our plastic pouch, as the barrier-coated paper pouches will not be able to maintain their integrity with prolonged exposure to grease, fats or oils.
While the ink we use to print onto our flexible pouches is food-safe, it is not vegan friendly.
Yes, they can be heated up in the microwave to 70 °C for 2 hours or 100 °C for up to 15 minutes. Any hotter or longer and the packaging could degrade, becoming unusable and affecting the products inside. They can also be stored in a freezer as low as -15 °C, though they are unsuitable for deep freezing.
Your pouches will arrive open at the top, ready for you to fill them. This means you will have to seal them yourself with an impulse heat sealer, which helps protect contents from being exposed to the elements or damaged in transit.
Both our paper and plastic flexible pouches are widely recyclable, based on the standards of many recycling programmes. The best way to do so will vary depending on your and your customers’ locations, so we strongly recommend checking with local recycling programmes to confirm the most efficient way to recycle our flexible pouches.
In order to always guarantee maximum protection for your products, paper and aluminium pouches cannot have windows. Plastic films, on the other hand, can have windows of any shape and size.
Our flexible packaging is laboratory tested to preserve food for an extended time at room temperature or below. Compatible with the qualities of the product and its perishability, our pouches provide protection for more than six months.
Yes of course, you can vacuum pack your product with all our materials.
Do not fill the bag more than 2/3 of the capacity. Allow air to exit before closing and sealing.
Store the product in a dry, protected, clean place and in closed packages to prevent contamination. Store out of direct sunlight and at a temperature not exceeding 30°C and not below 15°C.
