Look nice but taste bad

Ordered a bunch of these a couple of months ago for our shop. They look great but unfortunately the taste out of them is quite bad - almost plastic like (may be something to do with the lining?). We'd originally thought it may just be a few of them but seems the whole batch was the same.

The print came out a bit wonky and curved. Some of the cups were a bit scuffed upon arrival too.
The speed of delivery and production was great, but would have liked to see a high quality cup for the price paid.
