HadHad no instructions what to do so we just guessed put a bit of water on them and stuck it on the window hopefully it worked no instructions.

To properly install your Window Lettering, please peel off the backing paper, position your design onto the window, and press firmly across the entire surface. Once it is securely in place, carefully peel away the transfer tape, leaving only your lettering behind. It is impossible to make the letter come out from the stick film onto the other one and then onto the window. No instructions attached

Please note that your lettering arrives with transparent, removable transfer tape to hold everything in place during application. Peel the backing, position your design on the window and press firmly. Once it's in place, peel away the transfer tape, leaving only your design behind. Very Poor Quality and Incorrect Printing

This item arrived without instructions. After some research, we began to apply it. Only to realise that Vistaprint had printed it incorrectly. Upon internal window application, it became evident they had printed the text in reverse. After speaking to customer support about this, they informed us the sticker was to go on the outside of the glass (exterior) because it was weather resistant — to which we did. Although the text then displayed correctly, within days the sticker was peeling off the glass. It’s embarrassing and poor form, obviously a very low quality product and complete lack of application instructions and customer support who don’t even know their products, they just read website text back to you. Will use a local printer in the future.
