My first order came out brownish rather than red, so I contacted VP via chat and they immediately arranged free replacement. The results are excellent - my cherry logo looks exactly as I wanted. Also, both deliveries were delivered much faster than expected. Thank you!

The sheet the stickers come on is holographic, but the stickers are not?

Few letters did not print and the printed area was outside the stickers' peel off area.
Would like you to look at the pictures uploaded and the original design please.
Can you redo this (preferred option) or issue refund please.

We’re very sorry to hear that your stickers did not turn out as expected. Upon reviewing the uploaded image, we noticed that the smaller "St. John" text in your design appeared distorted and was difficult to read—even before printing. Since our system is automated, the file was printed exactly as submitted. For optimal results, especially with small text, we recommend using high-resolution images with clear and bold fonts. Regarding the prints extending outside the sticker’s circular cut line—this is definitely not typical and may be a production issue. We’d be more than happy to process a complimentary replacement for you.
