I love it, it was nice and exactly what I wanted

I have ordered product labels from Vistaprint several times now, and overall I am very happy with their service. The quality of the labels is excellent, especially considering the very reasonable prices. Delivery has always been quick, and communication and customer service have been great. Unfortunately, the only disappointing part of my experience has been the design service. With my first order, communication with the designer was easy and the finished design was professional and exactly what I needed. However, my experience with the following order was completely different. The designs provided appeared to be entirely AI-generated and the results were simply not acceptable for professional product labels. In the end, I had to have the designs redone elsewhere by professional designers. I will definitely continue ordering my labels from Vistaprint because I am very happy with the quality, price and delivery. However, based on my most recent experience, I would hesitate to use their design service again unless its quality improves.

Fabulous Very professional service, I didn't even ring, all was done online with AI, then person explained EVERYTHING, it was extremely easy. Even, strange how easy and professional. First time EVER, I meet AI agent, that not getting smart or not getting annoying. It was done fantastic. PS , even delivery was quicker than expected! Thank you so much.
