Check in My Account > My Projects.

Some designs created before 2023 may have been archived, if this is the case look for the following message in ‘My Projects’

Ensure you are signed into the correct account as some users may have accounts under multiple email addresses.

If you still cannot find your project, please contact our customer care team and we will be happy to try to help you locate your project.
