Foam board is lightweight and rigid, with a smooth matte white surface that's easy to handle – and easy to pin into if you're using it as a guest signing board. Foamex is a durable PVC foam board that's water-repellent and weatherproof, making it well suited for outdoor ceremonies or receptions. Clear acrylic gives a glass-like, glossy finish ideal for bold name and logo displays, while opal acrylic offers a soft, diffused look that works beautifully with backlighting. Signs are available in 6 standard sizes from A5 to A0. Custom shapes are also available, so you can cut your sign into virtually any silhouette – think bride and groom cutouts, floral outlines, hearts or even a shape traced from a photo.

Every wedding board sign is printed using UV digital technology, which produces sharp, vibrant detail across all materials. A gloss scratch-resistant varnish is available on selected materials for added protection – useful if your signs will be displayed outdoors or handled frequently. It depends on the material. Foamex is water-repellent and weatherproof, so it holds up well outdoors. For any material displayed outside, we recommend adding the gloss scratch-resistant varnish for extra protection against the elements.
There are 4 options. Foam board has a lightweight expanded foam core between 2 smooth matte white cardboard surfaces – rigid and easy to handle. Foamex is a rigid PVC foam board that's water-repellent and weatherproof. Clear acrylic is a shatterproof panel with a glass-like glossy finish. Opal acrylic is a matte white panel with an opaque surface suitable for backlighting.
We offer a range of accessories including tabletop and standing easels. For a more discreet look, command strips and double-sided sticky pads work well on walls and smooth surfaces.
Yes, foam board works really well as a guest signing board. It's a fun activity and leaves you with a one-of-a-kind keepsake. For best results, use permanent markers.

Upload your file at the highest resolution possible. 300 DPI is recommended for sharp results. If you're exporting from a tool, choose the PDF print option and make sure there are no watermarks on the file before uploading.
Screens display colour in RGB while printing uses CMYK, which can cause slight differences in how colours appear. It depends on your font size and layout. As a general guide, an A1 sign comfortably fits more names at a legible size than an A2. We recommend keeping body text at 14 pt or larger for easy reading from a standing distance.
