Find your waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist (don't pull the measuring tape too tight). Halve this measurements to work out the width.
Find your inseam: Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to where your heel touches the floor.
Compare with the product measurements on the chart: For comfort, pick a size that's larger than your measurements (more for a looser fit, less for a slimmer fit).
