Awful colour printing

In 45 years in colour printing I have never seen a worse example of bad colour control. The image uploaded to Vista was bright and colourful however the printed image was so very very dark so dark in fact the people on the printed teeshirt were virtually invisible. The tee shirt quality was fine but the image result was money wasted.
