Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and we’re very sorry to hear that the logo was missing from the final product. That's not the expectation we want you to have of our offers. For future orders, we recommend utilizing the digital proof option that is available to you from the design studio to ensure all elements, especially logos and text are visible and aligned before processing your order. Our additional checks have also indicated that the logo image is small, and as such, it would be a challenge to have the information printed at the size displayed. Increasing the size of the logo image and text may assist with printing and visibility. We've emailed you information regarding a resolution that has been provided to you, and we look forward to assisting with any future product or design-related queries.
