I wanted to give Vista 5 stars due to them replacing my first T-shirt immediately due to them sending the wrong size but my replacement is really dark, no where near as good as the first one
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We regret to hear that the print turned out darker than expected on the replacement shirt received and apologize for any inconvenience caused by this. We'll be happy to look into this matter further if you would reply with a photo showing how the print came. If your request is urgent, and you need an immediate solution, please reach out to our Customer Support team via: https://www.vistaprint.co.uk/customer-care/help-centre
See through T shirt
14 Apr 2026 | Susannah C.
This T shirt comes up very small and completely thin and see through
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the fit and fabric of the T-shirt. We understand how this must be frustrating. This shirt is made from 100% polyester. Also, please note that sizes may vary based on style and brand, so we recommend using the size chart as your guide when selecting your size in future orders. To help resolve this, we have taken action on your account to address the issue. A confirmation email with the details will be sent to you shortly.
