I sized up on this as I like my hoodies baggy but its so small, it feels 2 sizes smaller 😌

Ordered 2 hooded tops and was provided an estimated delivery date. Several days after this date, I checked online for an update. No new information was available so I contacted customer services.
Customer service stated they would investigate and order new ones but instead, the person I spoke to lied to me and cancelled my order.
I had to go through the rigmarole of getting hold of someone else from customer services and put in a complaint.
Eventually they got ordered and yet again the estimated delivery date was delayed but at least I got a notification this time.
When they eventually arrived, they were a lot smaller than expected, by 2 sizes at least.
Fair play to VP for refunding me as part of the apology but I wouldn't recommend them for personalised apparel.

However, we’re glad the refund was provided, but we recognize that it does not undo the inconvenience you experienced. Your feedback regarding communication, order handling, delivery updates, and apparel sizing is important to us and will be shared with the relevant teams for review.

I'm really pleased with the hoodie. I nearly bought a medium as I'm a size 12 but I went for a large as I wanted it roomy and the size is perfect. I would definitely size up. The quality of the hoodie itself is really good, nice and soft inside. The logo itself is great too, it looks like it will stand a lot of washes and not come off easily. I think the price is very good considering it is customised, and I will probably treat myself to another one in the future.

Not True to size

I ordered a size M hoodie as i am a size M in everything else however when this hoodie came it was too small and very tight to the point where i can’t wear it. Not Happy
