Thin and cheap

Firstly I received the wrong colour but decided to settle for the Black after trying to talk to the helpless line and was getting nowhere fast. How disappointing to find that the material shrank so much on a 40° wash that the embroidery has now curled up and won't now stay flat on the shirts! If they were really bothered about my custom then maybe they could have emailed me back? Totally dissatisfied!
