I ordered the ladies XL thinking it would be a loose fit, but when I opened it, it seemed more like a kids size. The different between XL & 2XL is only 1cm width & 3cm length - this is not enough of a difference in a size up, so Vistaprint kindly offered me a replacement in the men’s polo instead.
