The clothing itself is a good fit and comfortable. Suitable for needs. The 1 star comes from having it personalised only for the “design team” to alter it in order to optimise for the embroidery. Which is fair enough except the ai program used to alter the design completely removed letters from words giving it into poor grammar/ineligible design. which is unacceptable for business clothing.
