Good quality fleece with good embroidery

This is a good quality fleece and the embroidery is solid. I would happily buy more if I needed them.

Not the best material. a bit upset at the quality I was given. In terms of the stiching for the logo. The writing was fine, however the overall logo itself was lower quality than expected.

Poor logo embroidery.

The Fleece itself is good quality, however the embroidery of the logo does not match the artwork I provided. Vistaprint said they would sent a free replacement but as yet (3 weeks ago)not received the item.

We are sorry to read that the final rendering of your embroidered products did not meet your expectations. Designs for embroidered products require additional attention. Since the artwork is being stitched, not printed, onto the surface of the fabric, there are special restrictions that must be taken into consideration. To ensure your selected items looks their best, we recommend sizing your font as large as possible, and avoiding fonts that are very detailed and thin. We are committed to maintaining your total satisfaction. As a result, we have credited your account with a credit note, valid for 12 months, which you can use and apply for your next orders. We will remain at your disposal for further assistance.
