We are sorry to read that the final rendering of your fleece jacket did not meet your expectations. Simply, we would like to inform you that our printing system is automated, it prints your creations identically to what you have designed on your account. Know that your satisfaction is paramount and in a bid to get this issue resolved, we have placed a new order for the fleece with bigger text logo to arrive on Tuesday, March 22nd, 2022.We will remain at your disposal for further assistance.
