The logo is in the wrong place. I positioned at the top of the print area as I was hoping to be able to fold up the bottom of the beanie. This is not possible and folding the edgeg covers the logo completely. The logo is also not straight and the embroidery has bunched meaning the bottom edge is curved and not straight

As, it relates to the placement of the logo, we have reviewed the design, and it is placed at the highest point allowed for printing. Unfortunately, the option to move the logo higher, so it can be folded isn't available. The design stage was very easy and straight forward. Vista print emailed me to say they had made a slight amendment, which I was happy with. When I received the product, it more than met my expectations. The beanie itself is warm and a lovely bright colour. The embroidery is superb and just what I wanted.
