Regarding the print issues, it is important to note that the decoration area for this specific cap has a placeholder measuring 1.18" in height by 3.54" in width, which provides ample horizontal space but a very limited vertical clearance. Because the circular design you added is constrained by that small height, any small text within it will unfortunately not produce well or remain legible once printed on fabric. We recommend revising your design to better utilize these placeholders by opting for a more horizontal layout to maximize the available space.
