Literally the worst customer service I've received in 25 years of trading online, lies, gaslighting, rudeness, I experienced it all. When the product finally arrived some 10 days late (so missed the event I wanted it for) the zip was broken, the quality was poor and the logo had indeed been changed (something the repeatedly denied). If I could give zero I would do.

A few years ago I ordered several Bullet™ Panama Beach Tote Bags and they were excellent quality. However, the recent order was disappointing: the material is thinner and worse quality, the bag itself is smaller and poorly stitched. The bags were badly packed and arrived crumpled. And they are more expensive than before. They are usable, though, hence 3 stars.
