We're sorry to hear that your logo was altered without your permission. Due to the embroidery guidelines we have for embroidered items such as these require slight adjustments to ensure good quality. We do see that you made contact with our customer care team, and they helped in the best way they could. For future orders of embroidered products, if an email is sent, and you're not agreeable to the changes, feel free to let us know, and we will not make any adjustments. We’ll ensure your feedback is passed on to the appropriate team for review.
