I would not buy this product again

When we put the order, our company logo was accepted, however, the changed the logo without our approval and despatched the order. On receipt we made a complaint and we were told that it will be reordered excetly as per our orginal order. yet again we received an email to say that the logo would be altered. When i mentioned that the same logo was emboridered on the baseball caps, I was told that there system was not update but not to worry they will set the correct log and send us the products. Yet again our concerens were ignored and they has resent the products with the altered logo??!! Either tell us that it is not possible to embroider the logo so that we can go to another company!! Very disappointed with your service.
