Print quality not great

Using the same design as I have for stickers and other products which have all come out perfect. The print quality on these oval cards is not great.
The black background isnt true black its all just kinda faded looking and misty, there are even weird marks on some. And the cut on the edges is a bit untidy.
The prints on normal buisness cards has always come out fine, not sure why the shape would change that, and was a bit surprised the cards just came loose in a bag rather than boxed like normal.
