Very Disappointing – Leaked After 4 Months

I bought the water-based pavement sign from Vistaprint in July and it started leaking after just 4 months of normal use. The frustrating part is that the leak isn’t visibly obvious from the outside, it just slowly loses water. I contacted customer support and provided the pictures they asked for, but because I can’t physically show water pouring out of a hole (since it doesn’t leak that way), they said they couldn’t help.
For something specifically designed to be outdoors and filled with water, it shouldn’t fail this fast. The product quality feels poor for the price, and the customer service left me stuck with a faulty sign and no resolution. I would not buy this again and wouldn’t recommend it for long-term business use.
