These posters are printed onto coated polyester film. The film is white with a matte finish, but you can print designs of all colours. You’ll receive weatherproof plastic posters – fade and water-resistant.

Despite being made from paper, blueback posters are robust and designed for outdoor use. Their blue backing stops light and other designs shining through, making them ideal for glueing onto surfaces — including other posters.
The blue backing also makes them fade-resistant, while the front is water-resistant and can even be wiped clean. This versatility means they can stand up to rainfall or sunshine, though they’re not designed to withstand overexposure to either. While they’re not as durable as specialist outdoor materials, they are ideal for short to medium-term campaigns, and are great for bulk orders.

Yes, you can write on a blueback or waterproof poster with any ballpoint pen. If you wish to write on a laminated matte poster, we recommend using a permanent marker.
