The luggage tag is well made, stitched and printed, with a strong metal loop to attach it. Makes for a lightweight gift ideal for giving to someone from abroad travelling with hand luggage.

Tag came without the wire strap. New tag sent after I called. Address label cannot be read due to black plastic mesh cover.

My wife needed a new luggage tag and likes certain anima characters. So I searched the Web for one, there weren't any out there. So I looked to make one. The website was super easy to use. The tag was made, posted and delivered very fast. They actually improved the colour of background on it, which was a pleasant surprise. A great quality product, My wife loves it.
