Typos: Carefully re-enter the code. Alternatively, copy and paste it directly from the email you received to eliminate potential errors.
Spacing: Promo codes are single strings without spaces. Ensure there are no spaces before, after or within the code.
Character Confusion: Promo codes can contain a mix of letters and numbers. While they are not case-sensitive, some characters look similar. For example: 0 (zero) and O (letter O).
Expiration Date: Promo codes have expiration dates. If you see an error indicating, ‘The code you entered is no longer valid’ that means that the promo is no longer available.
- - Promo codes expire at 11:59 PM on the end date shown alongside the offer.
  - Expiration Date Placement: You can find a promo code's expiration date in three places:
    - At the bottom of the promotional email you received.
    - On the website's Deals or Vouchers page where the offer is listed.
    - In the shopping cart after the code has been applied.
One Code Per Order: Only one promo code can be applied per order. If you have already applied a valid code, attempting to apply another will result in an error. We will retain the first valid code.
Terms and Conditions: Promo codes often have specific requirements, such as a minimum purchase amount, applicability to specific products or one-time use limitations. Carefully review the promotional details and look for 'Terms & Conditions' links.
