Can I change my billing and/or delivery address on my VAT invoice?

It depends.

We cannot change the delivery address.

However, call us and we can help you with:

  • Changing the billing address — as long as it is within the same country.
  • Adding your company name to the invoice.

Note: this only applies for VAT invoices with physical products, it does not apply for invoices that contain digital products (even if physical products were also part of the order).
