You’ll find your designs in my projects, both those you’ve ordered and any drafts. From here, you can also edit any of your saved projects.
In Order History & Reorder you'll find an overview of all your previous orders.
Note that orders placed on the website for another country than the one you are on will not be displayed.
In My Uploads you'll find all your stored uploaded images and logos
In My Design Services, you'll find your Design Services orders, past projects and drafts
Digital marketing tools and subscriptions can be found under Websites and digital or under Subscriptions.
Under Payment & Delivery, you can find and edit your saved payment methods and addresses.
In Account Settings, you can find and edit your contact preferences, security settings and personal information.

How can I request additional information?
If you wish to receive any relevant additional information besides what is accessible in your account or our Privacy and Cookie Policy, or to be provided with a copy of your information, please contact us.
You can also make your request in writing to Vistaprint B.V., Hudsonweg 8, 5928 LW Venlo, the Netherlands. Please include the following information with your request: your name, email address, postal address and telephone number(s), and what kind of additional information you wish to receive.
To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity after we have received your request.
We will do our best to respond to you as quickly as possible and will get back to you within 30 days at the latest, unless communicated to you otherwise.
