If you know your password and want to change it:

1. On the VistaPrint website, click the Sign-in button in the top-right corner of the page.
2. Click My Account > Account Settings > Security.
3. In the Password section, click Change.
4. Type your new password in the text box.
   • Be sure to adhere to the password requirements.
5. Click Save.

If you do NOT know your password and want to reset it:

1. On the VistaPrint website, click the Sign-in button in the top-right corner of the page.
2. Click Forgot password? under Sign in with Email.
3. Type your email address in the Email text box and click Send email.
4. Check your email for the “Complete Your VistaPrint Password Reset” email from VistaPrint.
   If you don't receive your new password email immediately, make sure to check your spam or junk folder (and add us to your safe list or address book [email protected] to ensure proper delivery of future emails).
5. Follow the instructions to change your password.

Note: If you've logged in to the website using your Apple, Google, or Facebook account, you will need to visit the password reset page on these platforms and reset your passwords from there.
