- Click My Account > Account Settings
- You must be signed in to access My Account options.
- Click Preferences > Marketing preferences
- Select No, thanks to stop receiving e-mail communications.
- Click Save to save your marketing preferences.
Note: It can take up to 10 days for email communications to stop. Also, you will always receive order confirmation emails, regardless of your communication preferences.
