Why isn’t my tracking number working?

Once your order is processed, a shipping label is created and assigned a tracking number. However, the tracking information might not appear immediately for a couple of reasons:

  • The package hasn’t been picked up yet: Sometimes the label is generated before the courier physically picks up your package.
  • The courier hasn’t scanned it yet: Even if the package has been picked up, tracking won’t update until it’s scanned at the courier’s sorting facility.

Because of this, tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear on the courier’s website.

What should I do?

If it’s been less than 24 hours since you received your tracking number:

  • Please allow some time for the courier to scan and update the tracking information. It's likely that your package is on its way to the courier or is still waiting for its first scan.

If it’s been more than 24 hours and tracking is still not available:

  • You can contact the courier directly for the latest update.
