What updates are being made to the VistaPrint General Terms & Conditions?

We are updating our VistaPrint General Terms and Conditions to support our evolving business and growing range of products and services. The updated VistaPrint General Terms and Conditions will go into effect for new and existing customers on 15 September 2025 (“Effective Date”). By accessing or using the VistaPrint website and purchasing our products and services on or after the Effective Date, you agree to the updated VistaPrint General Terms and Conditions.

If you are an existing customer with active subscriptions or other products and services purchased before the Effective Date, the previous VistaPrint General Terms and Conditions will continue to apply until the subscription renewal date or the delivery of the product or service. Any new purchases made on or after the Effective Date will be subject to the updated VistaPrint General Terms and Conditions.

Key Changes

We have made several important updates to our VistaPrint General Terms and Conditions, including:

Introducing a clearer distinction between Physical and Digital Products.
Addressing subscription auto-renewal and payment terms for Digital Products, such as our website subscription services.
Updating refund rights terms for Digital Products.
Clarifying refund rights regarding non-personalised Physical Products for users in the EU and the UK to ensure compliance with statutory obligations, where applicable.
Updating the Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution section.

We also made some additional minor changes, including linguistic adjustments, changes to format or presentation, and clarifications of existing procedures.
