Built to protect, sized to send
Made from ~1.6 mm-thick E-flute corrugated cardboard, these custom mailer boxes hold up to 5 kg and arrive flat-packed for easy storage. Choose from 6 sizes in a white/brown or brown/brown substrate. The front-tuck design closes securely without tape, making packing quicker. Single-colour printing is available in 2 areas: a small centred zone on the front panels or a larger deco area across the front panels and flaps.

For clothing and footwear, we recommend 36.4 x 31.4 x 12.5 cm for bulkier pieces like sweatshirts or shoes. For smaller garments like T-shirts or ties, 35 x 26 x 10 cm is a great fit. These sizes work well whether you’re shipping individual orders or using wholesale basic mailer boxes.
Yes — all of our affordable postal boxes are made from at least 70% recycled cardboard. They’re plastic-free, widely recyclable and can help you reduce waste without compromising on packaging quality.
Currently, we do not offer custom sizes for our cheap postal boxes.
E-flute is a compact, durable corrugated cardboard that features tightly packed flutes for strength and excellent print clarity. It’s used across all our economy postal boxes to ensure your products are protected and your branding looks sharp.
Stick to solid CMYK colours and a resolution of 300 PPI. Use fonts of at least 8 pt and line weights of 0.5 pt or thicker. These specs help the designs on your basic mailer boxes come out looking clean and professional.
Our wholesale basic mailer boxes can be stored long-term as long as they’re kept in a dry area. Cardboard stays durable over time — just avoid moisture and they’ll be ready when you are.
