sturdy but with a fatal flaw

took me about 45 minutes to install. looked great and sturdy till a wind blew it and it folded overitself... now sits wrapped up on itself on a pole :(
asked customer service on advice, but have not heard anything back (its been over a week)

Sturdy but with a massive flaw... the flag turns at any sign of wind and ends up twisting on itself.. if like me you have positioned the flag on a difficult to acess elevation.. God help you in returning it to the correct position.
